Registration Agreement

This Agreement is only applicable to the online services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by the Scientific Grain Official Platform (hereinafter referred to as "we") to the users of the Scientific Grain Official Platform (hereinafter referred to as "you").

1. Accept the terms.

By entering the website of the Scientific Grain Official Platform in any way, you agree that you have entered into this agreement with the Scientific Grain Official Platform, and you will be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement (the "Terms"). The Scientific Grain Official Platform may change the "Terms" at any time in its sole discretion. 2. Who can use the Scientific Grain Officer platform website?

4. The Scientific Grain Officer Platform website is only used as a trading location.

5. Your information and items for sale.

You are solely responsible for "Your Data" and we act only as a passive channel for you to post and publish "Your Data" online. However, if we believe that "your data" may subject us to any legal or moral liability, or may cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our internet service provider or other providers, or you do not log in or log back in to the website within the time limit stipulated by the Scientific Grain Officer Platform, we may, in our sole discretion, take any action we deem necessary or appropriate with "your data", including but not limited to deleting such data. 5.1 Registration obligations.

If you register on the Scientific Grain Officer Platform website, you agree to:

(A) Provide true, accurate, complete and current information about you or your company in accordance with the requirements of the member information form published on the Scientific Grain Officer Platform website;

(B) Maintain and timely update member information so that it remains true, accurate, complete and reflective of the current situation. 5.2 Member registration name, password and confidentiality.

7. It will not be directly or indirectly connected to, or contain a description of, the following goods or services:

B. You are not authorized to connect or contain the goods or services.

In addition, you agree not to:

C. Use the "Service" in connection with any chain letter, mass mailing, spamming, or any duplicated or redundant information;

D. Use the "Services" to collect other persons' email addresses and other information without their consent; or

E. Use the "Services" to create false email addresses or otherwise attempt to mislead others about the identity of the sender or the origin of the information.

5.4 Prohibited items.

You may not post on our website or buy or sell through our website.

Any item that may cause us to violate any relevant laws, regulations, ordinances or regulations

6. The license you have granted us.

8.2 Negotiate transactions.

9. Trading system.

9.1 Do not manipulate transactions.

10. Termination or access restrictions.

Articles 12, 13, 14 and 22 shall survive the termination of this agreement.

11. What are the consequences of violating the rules?

Without limiting other remedies, we may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, permanently suspend, or terminate your membership, delete any of your existing product information, and any other material you display on the Site if any of the following occurs:

(I) Your breach of this Agreement;

(Ii) We are unable to verify or authenticate any information you have provided to us; or we believe that your actions may expose you, our users, or third party service providers who provide services through us or our website to any legal liability. 13. Scope of responsibility.

You expressly understand and agree that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, etc., or other intangible losses (regardless of whether the company has been informed of the possibility of such damages):

1) Use or failure to use the "Service";

3) Unapproved access to or alteration of your transmitted data or data;

14. Compensation.

You agree that due to your violation of this Agreement or other documents incorporated herein, or due to your violation of the law or infringement of the rights of a third party, you must compensate the company and its subsidiaries, branches, directors, employees, agents, etc. for claims (including judicial fees and other professional fees).

15. Comply with the law.

You shall comply with all relevant laws, rules, ordinances, and rules relating to your use of the "Services", as well as your bidding, purchase, and sale of any item, and the provision of commercial information.

16. No agency relationship.

You and the Scientific Grain Officer Platform are only independent contractors. This Agreement is not intended to form or create any agency, partnership, joint venture, hire and be employed or franchise and be granted relationship.

17. Advertising and financial services.

You communicate with or conduct business dealings or participate in the promotion of advertisers identified on or through the "Services", including payment for and delivery of the relevant goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations in connection with such business dealings, solely between you and the advertiser. 18. Links.

The "Services" or third parties may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Since the Scientific Foodofficial Platform does not control such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that the Scientific Foodofficial Platform is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse, nor is it responsible for or liable for any content, publicity, products, services or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that the Scientific Foodofficial Platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss caused (or claimed to have caused) by the use or reliance on such content, publicity, products, services or other materials obtained from such sites or resources.

19. Notification.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, any notice shall be sent by e-mail to the address suffixed with the domain name of the Site (in the case of the Scientific Grain Officer Platform), or (in the case of you) to the e-mail address you provided to the Scientific Grain Officer Platform during the registration process, or such other address as may be specified by the relevant party. Twenty-four (24) hours after the e-mail has been sent, the notice shall be deemed to have been delivered, unless the sender has been advised that the relevant e-mail address is invalid. Alternatively, we may send the notice by postage prepaid registered mail and request a receipt to the address you provided to the Scientific Grain Officer Platform during the registration process. In such case, the notice shall be deemed to have been served three (3) days after the date of delivery.

20. Force majeure.

Scientific Grain Officer Platform shall not be liable to you for any delay or failure to perform due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes or riots, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of war, government actions, communication or other facilities failure or serious casualties.

21. Transfer.

The transfer of this Agreement by the Scientific Grain Officer Platform does not require your consent.

22. Other provisions.

This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreement between you and Scientific Grain Officer Platform regarding the same matter. All aspects of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China Mainland. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be revoked and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. The clause headings are for convenience only and do not define, limit, interpret or describe the scope or limits of the clause in any way. Our failure to take action in respect of a breach by you or others does not indicate that we are withdrawing our right to take action in respect of any subsequent or similar breach.

23. Litigation.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or our services shall be brought to the people's court where the Scientific Grain Officer Help Center is located, and the laws of the People's Republic of China shall prevail.
