1. If there are no special circumstances,working standardThe content is re-calibrated every six months or calibrated with newly produced samples. When the standard is not used temporarily, the re-standard period may exceed the specified period. The re-standard is carried out before use, and it can continue to be used after passing.
2. For working standards used in a specific market, relabeling can be carried out according to the cycle stipulated by the local pharmaceutical bureau or pharmacopoeia.
3. If a standard is found to be abnormal or subject to significant changes during use, it should be discontinued and measures such as adopting stricter packaging and storage methods or shortening the re-standard period should be considered.
4. If the old batch number of the benchmark standard has expired, the corresponding working standard that has been calibrated with this batch of benchmark standards should be re-calibrated according to the new batch number of benchmark standards, and the stock solution prepared with this batch of standards should also expire at the same time. The new batch number of benchmark standards should be reformulated.
5. Benchmark standard, according to the instructions, if the label or laboratory test sheet does not specify the valid period (expiration date), you can check on the website, such as USP, EP standard catalogue, if you can not find, the same factory stipulates the valid period of this drug, if you can not know the calibration date of this batch, you can start from the date of receipt of the standard.
6. For the provincedrug laboratoryThe valid period (expiration date) of the working standard calibrated by the animal drug inspection is the same as the valid period of the product.
Precautions for the use of standard products:
1. Newly opened bottles of standard products should be marked with the date of opening on the bottle, and should be used in sequence according to the bottle number (except for the use of the whole bottle or sample delivery). The same batch of standard products or working reference products must be used up before opening another bottle. During the use of standard products, it is strictly forbidden to put the standard products that have been taken out back into the original bottle.
2. The same bottle of working standards should not be opened and used more than 20 times, and the use time should not exceed 1 month. When packing working standards that are rarely used or have hygroscopicity, one-time usage should be considered.
