How is the forklift scale calibrated? Calibrate the forklift
When we buy forklift scales, many manufacturers have calibrated them for us before delivery, so we may not need to calibrate them again. But in the later use process or some manufacturers do not calibrate the forklift scales, we need to calibrate the forklift scales ourselves. Forklift scales are precision electronic weighing devices, and it is crucial to calibrate them before use. We usually calibrate forklift scales with professional weights, which is a key step in ensuring weighing accuracy.
The first step is to use the standard weight. Press the #key to enter the d calibration state during the initialization process, and the indexing value will be displayed. Press the peel key DX again, and the indexing value selection will be displayed, such as X = 1, X = 2, X = 5, X = 20, X = 50 and then press the #key DX to confirm. Press the peel key PX, you can select P0, P0.0, P0.00, P0.000 decimal places, and then press the #key FULL to determine and enter the maximum range setting. Press the peel key 000000, the identifier is shifted to the right in turn, and then select the input method of the number. Press the zero key to automatically add one. After knowing the desired number appears, press the peel key to select the input position of the number until the maximum range appears, and finally press the #key to confirm. It will automatically enter the calibration setting for the next parameter.
The second step is to calibrate the zero point of the forklift scale: to ensure that there are no items on the scale table until the appearance of the stability mark, press the #key to confirm. This is the zero point calibration.
The next step naturally enters the calibration of the forklift scale range. On the scale table, you need to put in the standard weight and press the peel key to enter the input state. The marker will be shifted to the right in turn. Then you select the position of the digital input and press the zero key to automatically add one to the corresponding position. Until the standard number is available, press the peel key to enter the number until the displayed number and weight weight are equal. After stabilization, finally press the #key to confirm, so that the range calibration of the forklift scale is over
