Quality Control Center Launches 2018 Reference Materials
In order to continuously carry out the ability verification of the "three products and one equipment" inspection and testing system, and improve the technical level of ability verification, especially the ability verification and reference substance statistical skills, our center held an advanced training course on ability verification and reference substance statistical skills at the new Daxing site of the Central Inspection Institute from November 1 to 2, 2017. More than 70 people from relevant departments and institutes of the Central Inspection Institute and relevant provincial and municipal food and drug inspection agencies who plan to undertake the 2018 ability verification plan participated in the training.
The person in charge of the Capacity Evaluation Research Center of the inspection agency put forward three requirements for this training: First, keep in mind the original intention of carrying out the ability verification work, and make our own ability verification brand: the ability verification of the Central Inspection Institute serves the government supervision, serves the food and drug system, and serves the industry. Second, statistical skills training focuses on practice; third, seriously study the knowledge of skills training, and improve the level of operational ability verification and reference material statistics.
The training begins with an introduction to certification and accreditation, and describes the basic concepts of competency verification work, the differences and connections between inter-laboratory comparison, competency verification and measurement audit, the development process of international standards and the nature and function of competency verification. Also for the topic of competency verification sample-standard material uniformity and stability, from what to how to do it one by one, with a large number of factual cases to explain the common problems of competency verification sample-standard material uniformity and stability. The students also carried out statistical practice operations. The data analytics consultant of JMP North China District led the students to gradually learn various statistical functions of JMP and operate them on the machine.
After two days of training from theory to practice, the trainees completed the scheduled training content well. According to the feedback from the training effect evaluation form, this training will help to better carry out the ability verification and reference material work in the future, and achieve the expected purpose.
