2. Appearance inspection: Pay attention to check whether the instruction manual, warranty card and factory certificate of the product are complete. Good product shell surface should be flat and smooth, uniform color, no cracks or scratches, no depression on the display panel, and clear text marks. The product nameplate should be marked with the product name, model specification, manufacturer, factory number, maximum scale, minimum scale, division value, accuracy grade symbol, manufacturing measuring instrument license number and mark CMC.
3. Function check: When the power is turned on, the numbers displayed on the digital display should be clear, without flickering, and have zero, peeling, overload symbols and other displays. When adding or subtracting items on the weighing plate, the weight and amount display should have stable digital display values within 5 seconds. Check the correctness and reliability of each number key, function key and its combined application according to the operation requirements of the product manual.
IV. Weighing accuracy: Place the same item on the weighing plate multiple times and observe whether its weight display value is consistent to determine accuracy.
