Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China(IERM for short) was established in 1996 (its predecessor was the standard room of China Environmental Monitoring Terminal, which was founded in 1981), is affiliated to the China-Japan Friendly Environmental Protection Center, and is a listed unit approved by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. IERM follows the quality policy of "scientific rigor, accurate measurement, high quality and efficiency, and customer satisfaction", and conducts various environmental standard sample research, production and application services in accordance with ISO Guide 34:2000 "General Requirements for the Capability of Standard Sample Producers" and ISO/IEC17025:2005 "General Requirements for the Capability of Testing and Calibration Laboratories". It provides competence verification technical services for environmental and related testing laboratories in accordance with ILAC-G13:2000 "Requirements for the Capability of Capability Verification Program Providers". In 2005, it was the first in China to obtain the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) standard substance/standard sample producer capability recognition (certificate number No. CNAS RM0001), and the CNAS competence verification program provider capability recognition (certificate number No. CNAS PT0007).
IERM hired Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center, Jinan Environmental Monitoring Center Station, Harbin Environmental Monitoring Center Station, National Geological Experimental Testing Center, Hangzhou Environmental Monitoring Center Station, Anhui Environmental Monitoring Center Station, Shanghai Environmental Monitoring Center, Beijing Environmental Protection Monitoring Center, Tianjin Environmental Monitoring Center, Zhengzhou Environmental Monitoring Center Station, Guangdong Environmental Monitoring Center, Nanjing Environmental Monitoring Center Station, Shenyang Environmental Monitoring Center Station (Shenyang Indoor Environmental Monitoring Center Station), Chengdu Environmental Monitoring Center Station, Fujian Environmental Monitoring Center Station, Jiangsu Environmental Monitoring Center, National Environmental Analysis and Testing Center, Changzhou Environmental Monitoring Center, Yunnan Environmental Monitoring Center Station, Shenzhen Environmental Monitoring Center Station, Huatai Testing and Certification Group joint stock company, Henan Environmental Monitoring Center, Gangyanak detection Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Physical and Chemical Analysis and Testing Center, Wuhan Environmental Monitoring Center, Jiangsu Xinrui Environmental Monitoring Co., Ltd., Luoyang Environmental Monitoring Station, Changzhou Urban Drainage Monitoring Station, Changzhou Drainage Management Office, Changzhou Urban Drainage Monitoring Station, Zhongzhongyidia (Beijing) Environmental Testing and Analysis Joint stock company, Puni Testing Group joint stock company and other 30 units are the national environmental standard sample collaborative determination laboratory.
As the research and development and production base of environmental standard samples in our country, IERM has so far been approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine as the national standard samples and national standard samples of the People's Republic of China As a CNAS-accredited competency verification program provider, IERM has so far completed more than 100 environmental testing laboratory competency verification programs and provided measurement audits for more than 1,000 testing laboratories. CNAS acknowledges the results of IERM competency verification in its accreditation activities.
