According to the relevant requirements of Article 35 of the "Regulations on the Administration of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances" (Order No. 442 of the State Council), our company can no longer dropship the reference substances and standards of poison hemp in the China Inspection Institute. According to the latest regulations of the China Institute for Food and Drug Inspection (after September 16, 2013), the following information is required to purchase poison hemp.
Drug manufacturers need to provide the following information (all stamped with the official seal of the company)
1. A copy of the legal person's business license (photocopy)
2. Drug production license (copy)
3. The approved purchase certificate for poison hemp concentrate varieties issued by the Food and Drug Administration or the Public Security Bureau at or above the municipal level (original)
Supplier: China Institute of Food and Drug Inspection, the name of the purchasing unit is stamped with the official seal and the "number" of the purchased variety is indicated.
4. Unit introduction letter (original, entrust the purchasing agent to write Zhu Yonghua)
5. Handler's ID card (copy) (person who handles drug information)
6. Quality Standards for Drugs Using Toxic Hemp Varieties (Copy) 7. Production Plans for Related Drugs (Original)
8. Calculate the quantity of reference substances (originals) and drug registration approval according to Quality Standards
9. All materials must be stamped with the official seal!
Research institutions such as drug testing institutes or universities need to provide the following information (all stamped with the official seal of the unit)
1. A copy of the legal person's business license (photocopy)
2. Certificate of approved purchase of poison hemp concentrate varieties issued by the Food and Drug Administration or the Public Security Bureau at or above the municipal level (original)
3. Letter of introduction from the unit (original, written by the manager at the time of purchasing) 4. The manager's ID card (copy)
5. Quality Standards for Drugs Related to Toxic Hemp Varieties (Copy)
6. Inspection or research plan for related drugs (original)
7. Calculate the quantity of reference materials to be purchased according to the Quality Standard (original)
After collecting the above materials, you can contact the Central Inspection Institute to purchase relevant toxic hemp reference substances and standards. Due to the special circumstances of the product, users need to come to the door to buy it by themselves.
