Auto-Pure series automatic nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument is a high-throughput automatic nucleic acid extraction equipment. The instrument is based on the magnetic bead method to extract nucleic acid. During the purification process, pipetting, lysis, washing, elution, and construction of PCR systems are automatically completed in the workstation. One-stop operation, without manual intervention, can extract 48X1ml (4800/4800M) or 24X10ml (2400/2400M) sample systems at the same time. Compared with manual extraction, the efficient and convenient standardized and automated operation steps avoid human errors, and the experimental results are more reliable and reproducible. 4800M/2400M contains a temperature-changing module that can prevent cross-infection. With corresponding software, the whole process of methylation conversion can be automated, making complicated experiments simple. In addition, the full-coverage UV disinfection system and negative pressure filtration system effectively prevent cross-contamination.
