Carefully rotate the plate to fully mix the medium with the sample solution. After solidification, add 3-4ml of VRBA to cover the surface of the plate, turn the plate over, and incubate it at 36 ± 1 ° C for 18-24 hours. No autoclaving is required. Preparation should not exceed 3 hours when used temporarily.
Inspection principle:
