　　Product usage:

　　1. The smear is fixed by flame, add (crystal violet solution) solution A to dye for 1 minute, and rinse off the dye with water.

　　2. Add (iodine solution) solution B to dye for 1 minute and wash with water.

　　3. Add (95% ethanol) solution C, shake the slide from time to time for about 10-30 seconds, until no purple color falls off, and wash with water.

　　4. Add (sand yellow counterstaining solution) solution D, dye for 1 minute, and wash with water.

　　5. Oilscope microscopy after drying. The positive bacteria were purple, and the negative bacteria were light red.
