[Instructions for use]
Break the ampoule apart and quickly put it into the environment to be inspected. After 1h, observe the color change. All pink indicates an oxygen-free environment, and the surface turns blue indicating that there is still oxygen in the environment.

[Sample requirements]
Samples should be collected, stored, handled, and transported in a well-sealed manner to avoid the influence of external oxygen.
[Inspection method]
When the ampoule is not opened, it is a uniform pink. The color of the inner surface turns blue 2 minutes after breaking, and then the surface blue fades after placing it in an anaerobic environment for 1 hour, returning to a uniform pink.
[Explanation of test results]
When the ampoule is not opened, the inside of the package is oxygen-free, so it is pink. After breaking it apart, the external oxygen enters and comes into contact with the indicator. The indicator starts to turn blue from the surface. After being placed in an oxygen-free environment again, the indicator surface slowly fades blue and eventually turns back to a uniform pink.
[Limitations of test methods]
This product is only used to indicate whether there is oxygen in the environment, and cannot indicate the oxygen concentration by color depth.
[Product performance indicators]
This product is a uniform pink peptone, and a small amount of water will precipitate on the surface, which will not affect the use.
