　　乳糖胆盐发酵　　1、产品用途：用于大肠菌群，粪大肠菌群，大肠杆菌的测定(GB标准)
　　2、产品用法：
　　称取本品 3.5 克，加热溶解于100ml蒸馏水中，分装到有倒立发酵
　　管的20mm×150mm试管中，每管10ml ,115℃高压灭菌15分钟备用。
　　3、质量控制和典型特征
　　在36±1℃培养24±2小时，大肠菌群、大肠杆菌和发酵乳糖的革兰氏阴性细菌产生气体，在小倒管内有气泡；其它细菌无气泡。
