　　MFB　　用途:用于李斯特氏菌的选择性增菌培养。
　　用法
　　称取本品 55g,加热溶解于1000ml 蒸馏水中,分装,每瓶100ml,121℃高压灭菌15 分钟,冷至室温时,加入1 支吖啶黄素(2.5mg/支)和 1 支柠檬酸铁铵(0.05g/支),混匀,分装无菌试管,每管 10ml,备用。

　　柠檬酸铁铵(0.05g)
