　　用法
　　称取本品 55.0g,加热溶解于 1000ml 蒸馏水中,121℃高压灭菌 15 分钟,冷至50℃时,分装 225ml,若加入1 支 FB1 添加剂 A 和 1 支FB1 添加剂 B 制成 FB1(Half-Fraser ) 培养基;分装100ml,若加入 1 支 FB2 添加剂 A 和 1 支 Fb2 添加剂B 制成 FB2 ( Fraser ) 培养
