　　用法
　　称取本品 58.04克，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装每瓶250ml, 121℃高压灭菌15分钟，待冷至50℃时，加入一支过滤除菌的CIN-1添加剂1（头孢菌素）和一支CIN-1添加剂2（新生霉素）混匀，倾入无菌平皿。
