Blast drying oven, also known as oven, is named after relying on wind circulation to ensure the test temperature of the box. It is one of the commonly used instruments and equipment in laboratories and is widely used in industry and mining
Enterprises, universities, scientific research, medical institutions and laboratories are used for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilization, etc.

Precautions for the use of a blast drying oven
(1) Ensure the normal working conditions of the blast drying oven before use
1. Ambient temperature: 5 ° C to 40 ° C;
2. Relative humidity should not exceed 85%.
3. Atmospheric pressure: (86~ 106) kPa;
4. The altitude is not higher than 2000 meters;
5. There are no strong vibration sources or strong electromagnetic fields around.
6. Place the drying oven in a well-ventilated room without strong vibration.
7. Please place the drying oven horizontally, and the back of the drying oven is at least 10cm away from the wall to ensure that the drying oven has enough heat dissipation to prolong production
The service life of the product;
8. Do not place flammable or explosive items around the drying oven.
9. The power supply of the equipment should ensure sufficient capacity and a reliable grounding terminal to ensure safe use.
10. Reasonably place and adjust the position and quantity of the shelves, and put in work items. There must be a certain gap (> 100mm) around the top and bottom, and the weight should be determined by the shelf
It is advisable not to be bent and deformed.
11. Do not place the drying oven on a wooden floor or wooden workbench to avoid causing a fire!
(2) Blast drying oven maintenance and precautions
1. After each use, turn off the power supply. Please pay attention when opening the box door to pick up objects to avoid burns;
2. The inside and outside of the equipment should be kept clean regularly. If it is out of use for a long time, the box must be cleaned inside and outside, and the plastic dust cover on the power plug cover must be unplugged.
3. If the storage environment has high humidity, it should be regularly (about 1 month) powered on to heat up for moisture removal.
4. Before use or when process requirements change, the temperature control accuracy should be checked.
5. This box is a non-explosion-proof drying oven, so it contains flammable volatile items. Do not put it in the drying oven to avoid personal accidents.
Second, common faults and treatment methods
(1) Fault phenomenon: plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the device does not respond
Solution:
1. Power supply problems, please ask an electrician to assist in solving them.
2. If the electric heating tube is burned out, the resistance value at both ends of the electric heating tube can be measured with a multimeter "ohm" file. If the resistance value is 0, it means that the electric heating wire is short-circuited, which is manifested as an electric switch
Total jump; if the resistance value is several hundred kiloohms or infinite, it indicates that the heating wire is open when it is fused.
3. The power switch insert falls off.
4. The power switch is on, and the control circuit board and corresponding connecting wires can be checked.
5. If the fuse is disconnected or damaged, you need to contact the after-sales service to confirm the part problem, and ask the manufacturer to maintain and replace it.
(2) Fault phenomenon: the temperature cannot rise
Solution:
1. Check whether the timing time has run to the timing setting value; most users do not understand this function, and the heating tube will not work if the timing time runs to the timing value
If the fan does not rotate, it will not heat up and the temperature will not rise.
2. Check whether the fan is running. If the inspection is broken (a multimeter can be used to measure whether there is a 220V voltage at the two ends of the fan pin), notify the sales staff to contact
After-sales team or manufacturer inspection and solution.
3. Check the circuit control board, use the multimeter to see if there is any output, and check according to the drawings.
4. If the temperature controller or circulating fan is damaged, contact the manufacturer to replace the damaged parts.
(3) Fault phenomenon: the motor is not running
Solution:
Result: There is heating, but the inner tank cannot be circulated, resulting in a slow temperature rise. Then notify the after-sales service and ask the manufacturer to replace it.
(4) Fault phenomenon: There is a difference between the display temperature of the control board and the mercury thermometer in the box
Solution:
1. The thermometer needs to be measured after passing the inspection by the testing department.
2. Measurement and installation position of mercury thermometer: Please suspend the thermometer in the center of the inner cavity and cannot measure directly on the shelf.
3. If the temperature sensor is damaged, replace the temperature sensor.
4. If there is an error between the set temperature and the measured value of the sensor, the deviation of the process value needs to be adjusted.
(5) Fault phenomenon: The temperature display appears to jump or stand still, or there is an abnormality
Solution:
It can be judged that there is a problem with the temperature sensor and replaced to solve it.
(6) Fault phenomenon: abnormal over-temperature alarm
1. If the setting temperature is low, adjust the setting temperature.
2. If the thermostat is damaged, contact the after-sales service and ask the manufacturer to replace the thermostat.
