烟酸腺嘌呤二核苷酸钠盐用于研究烟酸酯单核苷酸腺苷酸转移酶的结构。它用作研究烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸合成酶的特异性和动力学的底物。它也可以用作研究NAD(+)依赖性脱乙酰基酶Sir2类成员机制的共同底物。 Nicotinic acid adenine dinucleotide sodium salt is used to study the structure of nicotinate mononucleotide adenylyltransferases. It is used as a substrate to study the specificity and kinetics of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide synthetases. It can also be used as a cosubstrate to study mechanisms of members of the Sir2 class of NAD(+)-dependent deacetylases.
