LysoTracker Red为红色荧光标记的溶酶体探针，结构上由一个荧光基团和相连的弱碱基构成，可自由穿过细胞膜，并选择性地聚集在偏酸性的溶酶体中，以此实现对溶酶体的特异性荧光标记。LysoTracker Red适用于活细胞溶酶体的荧光染色，但不适合用于固定细胞溶酶体的荧光染色。Ex/Em(nm)=577/590。
