无血清/蛋白/DMSO快速细胞冻存液是一新型的通用型细胞冻存液，不含血清、无DMSO、无蛋白，化学成分明确，不含任何动物源成分。用于冷冻保存对低温敏感、对DMSO敏感的细胞类型，例如：原代细胞、干细胞、免疫细胞、神经细胞等多种类型细胞。 产品特点： 1.即用型细胞冻存液。 2.无需程序性降温，直接放入-80℃冰箱，节省大量的时间和精力。 3.不含血清，批次间差异小。 4.细胞存活率高，适用于大多数常规细胞及对DMSO敏感的细胞的冻存。 5.成分明确，没有添加任何外源蛋白，减少细胞污染机会，同时减少外源蛋白对细胞正常生长和分化的影响。 6.本品种不含蛋白、DMSO。 使用说明： 冻存细胞操作步骤： 1.常规方法收集对数期的贴壁细胞或悬浮细胞于试管中。 2.根据培养密度及冻存管的大小、管数确定细胞量。 3.将所需数目的细胞悬液置于离心管中，1200 rpm离心5 min，弃去离心管中上清液。 4.加入适量的细胞冻存液于离心管中，使细胞浓度约为5×10^5-1×10^7/mL。轻柔地混匀细胞，制成细胞悬液。 5.将离心管中的细胞悬液分装于已标记的冻存管中，建议每管1mL或1.5mL。 6.将分装好的细胞冻存管放入程序冻存盒中逐步降温或者直接放入-80℃超低温冰箱中降温。 7.如果想液氮中长期保存，需先放入-80℃冰箱至少一天时间，方可移至液氮罐中保存。 复苏细胞操作步骤： 1.从冰箱中取出冻存的细胞，立即放入37℃水浴锅中快速解冻。 2.待冻存管中细胞悬液完全融化后，立即加入1mL细胞培养基于冻存管中重悬细胞，将其中的细胞悬液移至含有约5 mL该细胞培养基的离心管中，1200rmp，5min离心收集冻存细胞沉淀，移去上清液（操作时小心，切勿将细胞沉淀移去）。 3.加入适量的新鲜细胞培养基，使用移液管缓缓加入到细胞沉淀，轻柔地混匀，将细胞混合液移至事先准备好的培养容器中。 4.镜检细胞后，可根据各自研究的需要和方法进行细胞常规培养。 注意事项： 1.使用本产品时应注意无菌操作，避免污染。 2.为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 3.本产品仅用于科研用途，不可用于诊断、治疗、临床及其他用途。 是否无菌：是
