促红细胞生成素(EPO)又称红细胞刺激因子、促红素,是一种人体内源性糖蛋白激素,可刺激红细胞生成。缺氧可刺激促红细胞生成素产生,早已有重组人促红细胞生成素用于临床,用于治疗肾功能不全合并的贫血、获得性免疫缺陷综合征/艾滋病本身或治疗引起的贫血、恶性肿瘤伴发的贫血及风湿病贫血等多种贫血。 本产品系由含有高效表达人EPO-Fc基因的真核表达系统(CHO-k1)经发酵(培养基不含有任何动物源成分)、分离和高度纯化后经冻干制成。由人EPO的166个氨基酸残基(Ala28-Arg193)和人IgG Fc段组成的多肽链,分子量为58kDa。 本产品为无菌冻干粉剂,由含有10mMPBS pH为7.2的蛋白溶液经0.2μm过滤后分装冻干。 Purity ≥ 95% SDS-PAGE; HPLC Relevance Human erythropoietin is member of the EPO/TPO family and encodes a secreted, glycosylated cytokine hormone composed of four alpha helical bundles. The protein is found in the plasma and regulates red cell production by promoting erythroid differentiation and initiating hemoglobin synthesis. This protein also has neuroprotective activity against a variety of potential brain injuries and antiapoptotic functions in several tissue types. It is produced by kidney or liver of adult mammals and by liver of fetal or neonatal mammals.
