产品介绍 ： 阿拉丁生产的TBSTw (10X)，即(TBS with Tween-20)，可以用于免疫印迹(Immunoblot, 即Western blot或WB)、免疫荧光(Immunofluorescence, IF)、免疫组化(Immunohistochemistry, IHC)和免疫细胞化学(Immunocytochemistry, IC)等实验中封闭液的配制、一抗或二抗的配制、一抗或二抗孵育后的洗涤等。封闭和洗涤可以降低背景，增强信噪比。本产品为10X浓缩液，使用时须用蒸馏水或去离子水溶解配制成1X后使用。例如配制1L TBSTw (1X)，取100ml TBSTw (10X)加入900ml去离子水混匀即可。TBSTw (1X)溶液中含有20 mM Tris, 137 mM NaCl,0.1%的Tween-20，pH7.6±0.1 (25℃)。对于Western blot实验中膜的洗涤，按照每张膜洗涤需要5-10毫升TBSTw (1X)计算，每100ml TBSTw (10X)可以洗涤100-200次；对于免疫染色等实验，按照每个样品洗涤需要0.2-1毫升TBSTw (1X)计算，每100ml TBSTw (10X)可以洗涤1000-5000个样品。4℃保存，一年有效。-20℃可以长期保存，室温保存一个月内有效。本TBSTw (10X)配制成TBSTw (1X)后，宜4℃保存，并在一个月内用完。如果室温保存，宜在一周内用完。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 使用说明 ： 1. 取100ml TBSTw (10X)，倒入到一洁净的量筒中，加入蒸馏水或去离子水混匀并定容到1升后即为TBSTw (1X)。没有用完的TBSTw (1X)可以室温保存，通常一周内是可以正常使用的，4℃可以保存更长时间。如果发现洗涤液出现浑浊、沉淀等异常现象，须废弃。
