Fmoc-NH-PEG8-CH2COOH 是一种可降解的 ADC linker,用于抗体活性分子偶联物 (ADC) 合成。Fmoc-NH-PEG8-CH2COOH 也是一种基于 PEG 的 PROTAC linker,可用于 PROTAC 的合成。 Fmoc-NH-PEG8-CH2COOH is a PEG derivative containing an Fmoc-protected amine and a terminal carboxylic acid. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The Fmoc group can be deprotected under basic condition to obtain the free amine which can be used for further conjugations. The terminal carboxylic acid can be reacted with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or DCC) to form a stable amide bond.
