It can stimulate bone formation and inhibit bone absorption. Product application: Hypocalcemic hormone is produced by the parafollicular C cells or by the gills of non vertebrates. The decrease of calcium and phosphorus in blood is due to the inhibition of the absorption of osteoblasts and osteocytes.
