Sulfo galactosylceramide (N-Nervonoyl Sulfatide; C24:1 Sulfatide) 是糖脂类中的一种，是成熟髓鞘中的主要硫脂种类。Sulfo galactosylceramide 与 C 型凝集素 (lectin) 和免疫球蛋白样受体相互作用，对LMIR5的亲和力最高。Sulfo galactosylceramide 可诱导嗜碱性粒细胞而不是肥大细胞产生 MCP-1，并通过 LMIR5 增加NFAT的活化。Sulfo galactosylceramide 可以减轻慢性复发缓解型实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎 (EAE) 小鼠模型的症状并提高存活率，减少 EAE 小鼠腰椎脊髓中的炎症病变和浸润性单核细胞的数量。
