单分散乳胶微球是通过在聚苯乙烯微球基质或表面上结合发色基团制备而成。乳胶微球具有色彩艳丽,性能稳定,粒径分布窄等特性,可广泛应用于显微测定,免疫检测,凝集反应等各种检测中。 【性状】 本品为白色块状固体,可以均匀分散在水溶液中,所得到的混悬液为白色乳浊液。聚苯乙烯微球表面光滑,有较强的疏水性,加入乙醇降低表面张力有助于其分散,超声也有助于分散。 【产品描述】 单分散聚苯乙烯微球,具有粒径分布均一,纯度高的特点,可应用于显微学、细胞测量学、生物医学、过滤检测和流动原理研究等领域。 【使用注意事项】 1. 聚苯乙烯微球溶于丙酮、氯仿、四氢呋喃等有机溶剂,因此,不得与上述试剂混用。2. 工作温度不要超过100℃,以防聚苯乙烯微球融熔变形或粘结成团。3. 请勿口服,若不慎溅到皮肤或眼睛,请用大量水冲洗。 【规格】 10 ml装聚苯乙烯微球去离子水-乙醇(1:1,v/v)乳浊液,固含量2.5 %(w/v)。 [Precautions] 1 polystyrene microspheres soluble in acetone, chloroform, tetrahydrofuran and the like organic solvents, therefore, can not be mixed with the reagent.
