Sovilnesib (AMG 650) is a potent, orally active kinesin-like protein KIF18A inhibitor with an IC 50 value of 0.071 μM. Sovilnesib can be used for the research of cancer In Vitro Sovilnesib (AMG 650; 0-10 pM; 96 and 144 h; cancer cell lines) has anti-proliferative activity and inhibits tumor cell growth in a dose-dependent manner.
