RdRP-IN-2 is a RNA dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) inhibitor. RdRP-IN-2 significantly inhibits SARS-CoV-2 RdRp with an IC 50 of 41.2 µM.RdRP-IN-2 also inhibits Feline coronavirus (FIPV) replication. In Vitro:RdRP-IN-2 (Compound 17) completely inhibits the replication of both SARS-CoV-2 and Feline coronavirus (FIPV). RdRP-IN-2 is not cytotoxic for Vero and CRFK cells.
