2-(Azido-PEG2-amido)-1,3-propandiol is a branched PEG derivtive containing terminal azide moieties and two primary alcohol groups. The azide group can participate in copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions with alkyne, DBCO and BCN moieties. The hydroxyl groups can be reacted to further derivatize the compound. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases solubility of compounds in aqueous media.
