Propargyl-PEG3-bromide is a PEG derivative containing a propargyl group and a bromide group. The propargyl group can be reacted with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage.
