SAFit1 is a FK506 binding protein 51 ( FKBP51 )-specific inhibitor with a K i of 4±0.3 nM In Vitro SAFit1 (1-1000 nM) potently stimulates neurite outgrowth in two neuronal cell lines (N2a and SH-SY5Y) as well as in primary hippocampal neurons. SAFit1 is active over a wide concentration range. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
