本公司生产的 T7 Endonuclease I,即 T7 核酸内切酶 I,是一种比较特殊的 DNA 内切酶,能识别并切割不完全配对的 DNA(non-perfectly matched DNA)、十字型结构DNA(cruciform DNA structures)、Holliday结构或交叉DNA(Holliday structures or junctions)和异源双链DNA(heteroduplex DNA)。T7EI 切割的位点位于错配碱基 5’端的第一、第二或第三个磷酸二脂键。此外,T7EI 也能以很慢的速度切割含有缺刻的双链 DNA(nicked double-stranded DNA)。本产品常用于 CRISPR/Cas9 等导致的基因突变的鉴定。需要特别注意的是 T7EI 能识别长度大于或等于 2bp 的插入、缺 失或突变导致的错配 DNA,不能识别1bp 的插入、缺失或突变。 纯度(Purity) :不含其它 DNA 内切酶与外切酶活性,不含 RNA 酶活性。 组分和说明 T750878
