Enzymatically prepared tetrasaccharide which acts as a minimal binding ligand for E-selectins. SLex reduces injury following ischemia, reperfusion and immune complex-induced acute lung injury in animal models. In both of these models, SLex is presumed to act by blocking E-selectin-mediated neutrophil recruitment to sites of inflammation. 生化/生理作用: 与内皮粘附分子 E-选择素结合的抗原。 Enzymatically prepared tetrasaccharide which acts as a minimal binding ligand for E-selectins.
