乌司他丁(UTI）为从人尿液中提取的蛋白酶抑制剂，是一种广谱蛋白酶抑制剂，属于人类内源性抑炎物质。其具有两个活性功能区，抑酶谱较广，还具有稳定溶酶体膜和抑制溶酶体内水解酶的释放、抑制心肌抑制因子的生成、减少氧自由基产生及抑制多种炎症介质过度释放的作用。正常状态下，人体内含有大量的UTI，UTI对心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器具有保护作用，具有较强的抗炎、减轻细胞与组织损伤、改善微循环、改善组织灌注等作用
