DBCO-PEG₄-maleimide 是马来酰亚胺官能化的环辛炔衍生物, 是一种可降解(cleavable)的ADC linker,用于抗体偶联药物(ADCs)的合成。也用于将环辛炔部分掺入含硫醇的化合物或生物分子中。环辛炔可用于应变促进的无铜叠氮化物-炔烃环加成反应。该二苯并环辛炔将与叠氮化物官能化的化合物或生物分子反应,而无需Cu(I)催化剂即可产生稳定的三唑键。当标记生物分子时,PEG亲脂性间隔基有助于减少聚集和沉淀问题。 DBCO-PEG|4|-maleimide is a maleimide functionalized cyclooctyne derivative for incorporation of the cyclooctyne moiety into thiol containing compounds or biomolecules. Cyclooctynes are useful in strain-promoted copper-free azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions. This dibenzocyclooctyne will react with azide functionalized compounds or biomolecules without the need for a Cu(I) catalyst to result in a stable triazole linkage. The PEG lipophilic spacer helps to reduce aggregation and precipitation problems when labeling biomolecules.
