HAMA 具有良好的生物相容性,可与细胞混合后进行生物3D打印。 透明质酸(Hyaluronic Acid,HA)也称玻尿酸,是由D-葡萄糖醛酸和N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖作为双糖结构单元的天然糖胺多糖聚合物,是动物组织细胞外基质的成分,具有良好的锁水保湿性能,在脑组织、滑膜液和玻璃体中含量较高,其在细胞增殖、分化、形态发生、炎症和伤口愈合等许多生物学过程中发挥重要作用。 甲基丙烯酰化透明质酸(Hyaluronic Acid Methacryloyl,HAMA)是通过在透明质酸分子链上引入甲基丙烯基团进而赋予其光固化能力。由于便携的成形方式和良好的生物兼容性,基于HAMA的材料体系已被应用于许多生物医药研究领域,包括:软骨细胞培养及软骨再生修复、肿瘤模型构建、高强度及粘附性水凝胶构建、药物控释、微针制备、伤口敷料、生物传感器、术后防粘连等。此外,HA分子上大量的羧基及羟基也为化学改性提供丰富化学位点使其成为优秀的平台材料,例如引入粘附基团、药物/活性因子的嫁接等。 使用方法: 1. 称取打印所需量的HAMA,丙酮除菌; 2. 在无菌条件下,配制 1%-2%的HAMA 溶液,过夜溶解; 3. 与细胞和蓝光引发剂LAP混合,置入蓝光生物3D打印机的墨盒; 4. 三维打印,蓝光固化。 application: Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a linear polysaccharide of alternating D-glucuronic acid and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine found primarily in connective tissues. HA based hydrogels are widely used in tissue engineering, 3D bioprinting, and drug deliery applications. The methacrylate functionalized hyaluronic acid is photo-crosslinkable, and can be used to generate crosslinked hydrogels.
