Dehydrocorydaline (13-Methylpalmatine) 是一种生物碱。Dehydrocorydaline 调节 Bax,Bcl-2 蛋白表达;激活 caspase-7,caspase-8,并使 PARP 失活。Dehydrocorydaline 能增强 p38 MAPK 活化,具有抗炎、抗癌等功效。Dehydrocorydaline 具有强大的抗疟疾作用,并具低细胞毒性 (细胞生存力> 90%), P. falciparum 3D7 strain (IC50=38 nM)。 Dehydrocorydaline exerts anti-metastatic potential via suppression of MMPs and Bcl-2 signaling in NSCLC cells. Dehydrocorydaline stimulates p38 MAPK activation, which can enhance heterodimerization of MyoD and E proteins, thus resulting in MyoD activation and myoblast differentiation. Dehydrocorydaline shows antiplatelet effects, it inhibits thrombin-induced platelet aggregation in a low dose ( IC50= 34.914 ug/mL). Dehydrocorydaline has anti-inflammatory and antinociceptive effects. Dehydrocorydaline inhibits MCF-7 cell proliferation by inducing apoptosis mediated by regulating Bax/Bcl-2, activating caspases as well as cleaving PARP.
