此系列产品为二氧化钛包覆上转换纳米颗粒,纳米颗粒在包覆致密SiO2层之后,又包覆了一层TiO2。材料组成为NaYREF4 (RE:Yb, Er, Tm, Gd, Mn, Lu),最佳激发波长为975 nm。敏化离子为Yb3+,激活离子为Tm3+。Yb、Tm离子浓度经过优化,使Tm离子365 nm的紫外上转换发光最优。纳米颗粒粒径均一,发光量子效率高,光稳定性好。本产品在975nm近红外激光照射下,上转换纳米颗粒发出的紫外光能激发TiO2包覆层的光催化活性,进而产生活性氧自由基从而杀死细胞。所以本产品可作为近红外激发的光敏剂用于光动力疗法。 This product contains NaYREF4@dSiO2@TiO2 (RE:Yb, Er, Tm, Gd, Mn, Lu) nanospheres, composed of upconverting nanoparticles coated by a dense silica layer followed by a titania layer, which can be well dispersed in aqueous media. The optimal excitation wavelength is 975 nm. The concentrations of Yb and Tm ions were optimized, giving out strong upconverted light at 365 nm The upconversion emission at 365 nm generated by the UCNs upon 975 nm excitation can activate the photocatalytic capacity of TiO2 and thus produce reactive oxygen species which leads to cell death. This product can be used as NIR-light triggered photosensitizers for use in photodynamic therapy of deep tissues.
