13(S)-HPOTrE(γ) 是一种单羟基 PUFA，由大豆脂氧合酶-1 (LO-1) 作用于 γ-亚麻酸而产生。大豆 LO-1 的进一步作用将 13(S)-HPOTrE(γ) 转化为 6,13-DiHOTrE 的所有四种异构体。当浓度大于 100 μM 时，13(S)-HPOTrE(γ) 会抑制大豆 LO-1 的活性。
