α1,6 岩藻糖苷酶(α1,6-fucosidase,LpAlfC(WT)),E.C.: 3.2.1.51,来源于 Lactobacillus casei,可以用于带核心岩藻糖的糖肽上切掉岩藻糖,与 LpAlfC(E274A)功能互逆。本产品为大肠杆菌重组表达,纯度高,活性高。 反应式 使用方法 1.按照反应体系加入底物,可适当加入缓冲盐(如:Tris-HCl),调节 pH 为 7.5,加入适量 LpAlfC(WT)(根据反应需求); 2.混匀后,将样品置于 37℃孵育 2-4h。 3.用于 SDS-PAGE 分析或质谱分析。 【注】多数常见的生物缓冲液适用,比如 Tris 或 PBS,不在此 pH 范围的缓冲液(如醋酸缓冲液)可能 适用,但是孵育时间或酶量需要根据实际情况进行优化。 注意事项 为了您的安全和健康,请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。本产品仅作科研用途!
