SJB3-019A is a potent and novel USP1 inhibitor, 5 times more potent than SJB2-043 in promoting ID1 degradation and cytoxicity in K562 cells with IC 50 of 0.0781 μM. In Vitro SJB3-019A (IC 50 =0.0781 μM) is 5 times more potent than SJB2-043 in promoting ID1 degradation and cytoxicity in K562 cells. SJB3-019A increases the levels of Ub-FANCD2 and Ub-PCNA, and decreases the HR activity. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
