FASN-IN-4 is a potent inhibitor of fatty acid synthase ( FASN ) with an IC 50 of 10 nM (WO2012064642A1, compound 29) FASN-IN-4 also inhibits SARS-CoV-2 with an EC 50 of 18.6 nM .
