Homoeriodictyol 7-O-β-D-glucoside is a natural platelet-activating factor (PAF) antagonist. Homoeriodictyol 7-O-β-D-glucoside inhibits human and rabbit platelet aggregation induced by PAF, with an IC 50 of 0.8 μM In Vitro Homoeriodictyol 7-O-β-D-glucoside significantly inhibits human and rabbit platelet aggregation induced by PAF, but has no inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation induced by Adenosine diphosphate (ADP). MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. IC50& Target:platelet-activating factor
