Duloxetine-d 7 ((S)-Duloxetine-d 7 ) is the deuterium labeled Duloxetine. Duloxetine is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor with a Ki of 4.6 nM, used for treatment of major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). In Vitro Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process.
