UK122 is a potent and selective urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 0.2 μM. UK122 shows no or little inhibition of tissue-type PA (tPA), plasmin, thrombin , and trypsin (all IC 50 >100 μM). UK122, 4-oxazolidinone analogue, is an anticancer agent and inhibits cancer cell migration and invasion. In Vitro UK122 (11.1, 33.3, 100 μM; 24 h) dose-dependently inhibits cell migration and significantly reduces the invasiveness of CFPAC-1 cells. UK122 (10-100 μM; 48 h) has no effect of any cell growth or cell morphology change in CFPAC-1 cells. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
