重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(又称为碱性FGF、bFGF、FGF2、FGF-β或者肝素结合生长因子),是一种适用于细胞培养应用的生物活性蛋白质。bFGF 可调节细胞增殖、分化、存活、粘附、运动、凋亡、肢体形成和伤口恢复等多种过程。bFGF可用于血管发生、成纤维细胞有丝分裂、PC-12 细胞的轴突生长、受体结合以及酪氨酸磷酸化研究。本品系重组大肠杆菌表达、经多步分离纯化,溶解于 10mM PBS, 0.15 M NaCl(pH7.2)溶液中,再经 0.22um 滤膜过滤除菌后冷冻干燥而制成的冻干粉。 应用 配制无血清培养基, 用于细胞培养, 创伤修复药品的生产。 优势 安全性高, 无动物源性:无动物病毒、无致病物质、无外源因子污染, 符合中国药典 2020 版标准。 本品为含生物活性保护剂的冻干粉, 合规性:生产设备和生产环境符合相关法规要求,符合 GMP 指导原则。 Recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (also known as basic FGF, bFGF, FGF2, FGF-beta, or heparin-binding growth factor), is a biologically active protein suitable for cell culture applications. bFGF regulates diverse processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, survival, adhesion, motility, apoptosis, limb formation, and wound recovery. bFGF can be used in studies of angiogenesis, fibroblast mitosis, axonal outgrowth in PC-12 cells, receptor binding, and tyrosine phosphorylation. This strain is expressed in recombinant Escherichia coli, and after multi-step separation and purification, it is dissolved in 10mM PBS, 0.15 M NaCl (pH7.2) solution, filtered through a 0.22 μm filter membrane, and then freeze-dried to make a lyophilized powder.
