三乙基硼为无色液体。在空气中能自燃。与氧形成爆炸性混合物。遇水或氧化剂剧烈反应，受高温也能燃烧，100℃时分解。遇水分解放出有毒易燃气体。不溶于冷水，但溶于热水。能溶于乙醇和乙醚。比三丁基硼活泼。 用途 三乙基硼烷作为催化剂用于： 醛的烯丙基化； 脱羧酶 C-C 键断裂反应； 氢化铼/硼路易斯酸共催化烯烃加氢反应； 不饱和肟醚的区域选择性羟基烷基化； N -杂环卡宾硼烷还原烷基溴的反应物； 具有氧化电位的四甲基铵三烷基苯硼酸酯盐合成用反应物。 Usually used as catalyst for Allylation of aldehydes,Decarboxylative C-C bond cleavage reactions,Regioselective hydroxyalkylation of unsaturated oxime ethers.And also used as reactant for radical reductions of alkyl bromides with N-heterocyclic carbene boranes,synthesis of tetramethylammonium trialkylphenylborate salts with oxidation potential. Purpose Triethylborane is used as a catalyst for: Allylation of aldehydes. Decarboxylative C-C bond cleavage reactions. Rhenium hydride / boron Lewis acid cocatalysis of alkene hydrogenations. Regioselective hydroxyalkylation of unsaturated oxime ethers. It can be employed as a reactant for radical reductions of alkyl bromides with N-heterocyclic carbene boranes and for the synthesis of tetramethylammonium trialkylphenylborate salts.
