D-肌醇-1,3-二磷酸钠是肌醇磷酸(InsP)分子家族的成员,在细胞信号的传输中起着小而可溶的第二信使的作用。1,2 InsP,Ins(1,4,5)P3是在细胞中通过磷脂酶C(PLC)介导的磷脂酰肌醇-4,5-二磷酸水解产生的第二信使。Ins(1,4,5)P3与其在内质网上的受体的结合导致钙通道的开放和细胞内钙的增加。Ins(1,3)P2可以通过肌醇多磷酸3-磷酸酶去磷酸化为Ins(1)P,然后通过肌醇单磷酸酶进一步去磷酸化为肌醇。 D-myo-Inositol-1,3-phosphate (Ins(1,3)P2) is a member of the inositol phosphate (InsP) molecular family that play critical roles as small, soluble second messengers in the transmission of cellular signals. The most studied InsP, Ins(1,4,5)P3 is a second messenger produced in cells by phospholipase C (PLC)-mediated hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol-4,5-biphosphate. Binding of Ins(1,4,5)P3 to its receptor on the endoplasmic reticulum results in opening of the calcium channels and an increase in intracellular calcium. Ins(1,3)P2 can be dephosphorylated to Ins(1)P by inositol polyphosphate 3-phosphatase and further dephosphorylated to inositol by inositol monophosphatase.
