SU 4984是成纤维细胞生长因子受体1(F1g)的酪氨酸激酶活性的抑制剂。SU 4984还抑制αFGF诱导的ERK1和ERK2的酪氨酸磷酸化以及PDGF受体和胰岛素受体的酪氨酸磷酸化。然而,它不抑制EGF受体的激酶活性。 SU 4984 is an inhibitor of tyrosine kinase activity of fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (Flg). SU 4984 also inhibits αFGF-induced tyrosine phosphorylation of ERK1 and ERK2 and the tyrosine phosphorylation of the PDGF receptor and the insulin receptors. it does not, however, inhibit the kinase activity of the EGF receptor.
