阿拉丁生产的非变性PAGE电泳液(Tris-Gly, Powder) (Native PAGE Electrophoresis Buffer with Tris-Gly, Powder)可以用于Tris-HCl缓冲系统的非变性PAGE时的电泳缓冲液。使用时每个包装加蒸馏水溶解,定容到一升即可使用。本电泳液适用于Tris-HCl缓冲系统的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶,不适合用于Hepes等缓冲体系的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶。本电泳液不含SDS,适用于非变性胶蛋白电泳。对于变性蛋白电泳,推荐使用SDS-PAGE电泳液(Tris-Gly) 。本电泳液可以回收,回收后作为外槽电泳液可以再使用1-2次。 注意事项 : 配制好的电泳液使用时间不宜超过两周。回收的电泳液可以作为外槽电泳液重复使用1-2次,但为了取得最佳的电泳效果,应使用没有使用过的电泳液。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用,不得用于临床诊断或治疗,不得用于食品或药品,不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康,请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 使用说明 : 取一瓶可以配制1升非变性PAGE电泳液的粉剂,倒入到一洁净的烧杯中,加入蒸馏水到约900毫升,溶解。然后在量筒中定容到1升。混匀后即可使用。没有用完的电泳液可室温保存,通常室温可保存2-3天,4℃可保存1-2周。详细的Western操作可以参考我们的相关网页:http://www.aladdin-e.com/support/western.htm。 The prepared electrophoresis buffer should not be used within two weeks.The electrophoresis buffer can be reused 1-2 times. But for the best protein resolution results, fresh electrophoresis buffer should be used.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation. Instructions for Use : Take one package of powder for 1 liter of native PAGE electrophoresis buffer, pour it into a clean beaker, and add distilled water to about 900 ml. After dissolution, make up to 1 liter with distilled water. Mix well before use. New electrophoresis buffer can be stored at room temperature for 2-3 days or 4ºC for 1-2 weeks.
