MC Gly Gly Phe Gly GABA Hexatecan targets multiple antibodies and exhibits cytotoxicity and anti-tumor efficacy in vitro and in vivo. In solvent : -80°C, 6 months; -20°C, 1 month (sealed storage, away from moisture and light) In vitro studies: MC Gly Gly Phe Gly GABA Hexatecan (0-10 μ M) exhibits cytotoxicity in SR (CD30 positive), HL60 (CD33 positive), U251 (CD70 positive), and Calu-6 (B7-H3 positive) cells by targeting CD30, CD33, CD70, and B7-H3 antibodies. In vivo studies: MC Gly Gly Phe Gly GABA Hexatecan (10 mg/kg, intravenous injection, once a week for 2 weeks) showed anti-tumor activity in A375 xenograft mice.
